So it was a stay at home and bake cookies day.
What did i bake?
Sarang semut.
I have been wanting to eat them since last year.
The mister even went to Geylang to look for it.
But to no avail.
So i have decided to bake them myself.
It turned out alright, i guess.
My family members said it's nice. Even though i tweaked the recipe a little bit, it still turned out good.

You want the recipe? Well here it is:
Ingredients:
- 250gm of butter
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of custard flour
- 2 1/2 egg yolk
- 2 1/2 cups of flour
- 1 tea spoon of vanilla essence
- chocolate rice for decoration
Here's how you do it:
- Mix butter and sugar.
- Add in egg yolk and vanilla essence, bit by bit.
- Sieve plain flour and custard flour and add it bit by bit till it becomes a dough.
- Grate the dough and place it in the mini cups.
- Add the chocolate rice on top.
- Place them in the oven at 150 degrees for abut 15-20 minutes.
