Counting down the days.

Yup, i am now just mere days to becoming a wife.

I am officially terrified.

Wouldn't you be if you were in my position?

I am just so afraid people won't show.

Things wouldn't go smoothly throughout the wedding etc.

You know, the usual.

I am taking a break from the studying, yes, studying.

I had my oral exams yesterday and i did try my best and i hoped i wasn't talking gibberish.

Tomorrow will be the written exam plus a super long day.

The day will start with exams in the morning. In the evening, i will have to collect the hantarans and then henna night.
Super long day. I hope i have the energy.

Considering the fact that i am still nursing a bad throat.
It has been months mind you and i super hate it!

Hows the preparation?

Well, i do things bit by bit and thanks to help from family members, i am able to strike off most of the things from the to-do list.

Like,

Photobucket

the wedding invites.
I hoped those whom i post received it.

Photobucket

kiddy berkats.
This was so last minute.
Dad wanted kiddy berkats so i had to make my way to JB to buy all the tidbits, amidst stares and chuckles from the Malaysians.

Photobucket

wedding frame and guestbook.
I did this just yesterday. And because fiance and i did not have a pre wedding shoot, we used the picture that we took during the sweetheart's shoot.
Guest book that i bought online was plain. So i added our initials and it looks ready to be written on. Except that, i need to head down to Popular to go get colourful pens.

Photobucket

the bride's chamber.
I super loved this room of mine. All thanks to Kak Noi and yours truly who worked real hard to decorate this pinky room of mine. I did not want to take the bridal deco package as after the whole event it would be tiring to take everything down. Therefore, we, as in, me and kak noi did it ourselves.
Results= BRILLIANT! =p

Photobucket

fitting.
We went for our fitting last Monday and we loved loved it. Just so you know that's the only picture i will be posting up of the fitting. Wouldn't wanna ruin the surprise, would i? =p
That was not the only fitting that we have to go to.
Before we went for the RH fitting, we went to Kak Mul's home(Merah Jambu boutique)for my gown fitting.
Yes, i rented a gown from another boutique as RH rental is ridiculously EXPENSIVE.
Not only that, i will be going to Bridal Concept to pick 5 outfits for my studio shoot.

I was actually thinking of another place but they did not bother to reply to my smses so i had to forgo them.

Disappointed? I was.
*sigh*

Ok, negative thoughts aside.

My girls planned a hen's party for me.
I actually saw it coming but they caught me off guard when they put this on me.

Photobucket

A hot pink veil, a crown, a sash with the words - bride to be and a wand.

Photobucket

And that was how i looked like.

Photobucket

To top it off, i had to walk around town in the attire.

LMAO.

I had stares. I received smiles and congratulations. I even have little girls going, 'WOW'.

Photobucket

Me doing 'the wave'. =p

Photobucket

The girls. Minus ween. Who have yet to reach at that point of time.

Thank you so much for the dinner and movie.
And the photoshoot.
I love it so much.

Ween darling, when will i get to see those pictures?

I LOVE YOU GIRLS LOADS.

Remember, next year, in december, lets go for a holiday together!

xoxo.

Ok, need to go back to my studying before getting ready for my outfit selection with bridal concept.

In the next entry, i will prolly be a MRS.

To infinity and beyond!

I love to read. That has been my hobby ever since i was a child.

I have always been passionate about reading and i make it a point to read everyday, provided i am not busy of course.

Other than reading, one thing that i love to do is to watch a movie!

I love movies!

I am 25 years old this year and when i was about 7 or 8, i caught my very first movie - TMNT!

Yes, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle!

That was the very first movie i watched with my aunts, siblings and cousins.

Over the years, i watched a whole lot of movies and my favorite genre has to be Romantic Comedies.

Put romance and comedy together and you will find me glued to my seat.
And no i am not kidding.

I am a sucker for romance.

Other than romantic comedies, i also love watching cartoons. I guess, spending 8 hours a day with preschoolers plays a part.

Heck, i may be turning a quarter of a century old but there will always be an inner child in me.

I have always loved Disney Studio's production. Up, Finding Nemo are some of my ultimate favorites.

I watched Toy Story 1 and 2 so i knew for sure that i will be catching Toy Story 3.

I can't believe i am switching favorite characters when i watched the trailer below.

Sorry BuzzLightYear!

Readers, watch the trailer and guess which is my favorite Toy Story 3 characters.

So can anyone guess?

If you guessed Barbie and Ken, you are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!

I absolutely loved how they inject humor in the script.
And my favorite scene would be the part where Barbie and Ken first made eye contact and the song, 'Take my breath away' was playing in the background.

Oh my gosh, i laughed so much it hurts.

Romantic and funny!

See how much i love when those two are put together?

You get a sense of bliss and you feel happy when you laugh your ass off!

I can forsee more laughter when i catch the movie Toy Story 3.

So, don't forget to catch Toy Story 3 Movie starting from 17th June 2010 and join the official Facebook and Twitter page!

To infinity and beyond!
