Years later.
I met this beautiful soul years ago from a website called Anak Melayu.
Looking back, i feel so 'kental' for visiting that web page which was of course, introduced to me.
But then again, if i wasnt introduced to that site, i wouldnt have met a few people who have influenced my life. People who some stayed, and some left. people who watched me grow up. People who i called my friends. People whom i consider, family now.
Those days, in Anak Melayu, we have sticky notes and virtual kisses. Basically, we sent out notes to people we like to make friends with, boys and girls alike. Virtual kisses are for flirting with the opposite sex. Its really cute back then. Right now, not so much.
So anyway, i started exchanging notes with this lady. I felt that she was so beautiful (still is anyway) and very friendly. Never met her before and we only chatted via Anak Melayu. So one day, me and twin was at Bishan Stadium, watching a Prime League match (those were the days), when i saw someone who looked very familiar. It was that lady! The one that i was exchanging notes with.
I was very nervous to walk up and introduced myself but i did it anyways.
Walked over and said, "You ni Nadya Camelia kan?"
LOL.
Oh my goodness. From that day onwards, we were friends. Up till now. And that was in 2004, if i was not wrong.
We were friends. Now, we are family. Why?
Cause, my twin sister got married to her cousin. So we are all practically family.
So anyways, thanks to my twin sister, (she planned this outing), we met for dinner at Popeyes. It has been ages we met and i missed them so much. The food was great. The company was even better. We laughed over silly jokes and enjoyed each other's company.

Dinner at Sakura
We had a little celebration for my favorite cousin who did extremely well for her O-levels.
Here she is. My extremely talented and favorite closest cousin of all time, Yuyu.
Mum planned for the dinner so she gathered her daughters and their partners, excluding mine coz mine had to work to celebrate at Sakura, downtown east.

We had a good time chatting over dinner and we were all full by the end of the meal.
But that didnt stop us from camwhoring right after. =p

Ok, that's me showing off my eye shadow make up. If you didnt know, i LOVE makeup and everytime i go out, its the only time i get to doll myself up. Because, when i go to work, i put minimal makeup. There's no point weraing fake lashes and eyeshadow to work, is there?
I'm working with children, not meeting clients. =p
So anyways, i am so interested in make up and i love to doll myself up therefore, im learning tips and tricks from the web on how to make up. From where?

And, im basically learning tips and tricks from her because i have bought some make up products and brushes and i cant wait to try it on.
The thing is, i can only use those products after June as all will be used for my bridal gifts.
I still have more to buy though. So fiance, be prepared.

Im not setting up my own business whatsoever.
But hey, who knows right? *winks*

Healthier, hopefully
Well, hello there. I am back!
But dont get too excited yea.. I do not how how long my enthusiasm will last. =p
About an hour ago, i just came back from my jog with the fiance.
Why so sudden, you ask?
Well, i was in school and i took the weighing scale into my class, (to weigh the kids) and i ended up weighing myself.
I was super shocked to see my weight.
I am HEAVY.

Gone were the days when i looked like this.

Now, im just HEAVY.
Like seriously. I was so effing stressed up when i saw my weight that i dragged the fiance to run with me.
Today, we ran (jogged and walked for me) for 2.4km, 6 rounds around Maplewood Park.
And i decided to call it quits.
My stamina just wasnt there. But i did made up my mind to continue jogging whenever the fiance is on off or morning shift.
Time to buck up and change my lifestyle. To a healthy one, insyallah.
But once again, it really is up to my enthusiasm, i have, what you call it, 'semangat 5 minute' or in english, a 5 minutes enthusiasm level.
Hah.
Im very fickle, i noe. But that just makes me awesome.

Well, i must say that i am a very fickle minded oerson.
That i cant deny.
I like to change my mind or desicions. All the time.
I have decided to un-privatized this lowly blog.
I dont know who reads this blog nowadays. I havent been updating. At all. Last, was the new year entry. Which is very random.
A few updates on yours truly, perhaps?
Well, this year, i was assigned to teach the nursery kids.
It was indeed a challenge for the first fewdays. Thisis the second week and alhamdullilah, all is good.
My children are settling down well. Not that much crying now.
I have taken my first mc yesterday. Reason being, last tuesday, after i dismissed my afternoon kids, i checked my temperature and it was 38.1 degrees.
And it also didnt help that im still nursing from this very bad migraine.
And this very bad migraine is causing me to always feel like vomitting.

I actually have this feeling that its caused by my long, thick hair. Maybe i should go to the hairdresser and make it thinner. I cant cut it short because of the wedding, you know. So, its effing difficult.
Mum asked me to go to OPD and get referred to the hospital. Not again!

I must admit, my immune system is very weak.
I dont think i am healthy.
I mean, yea, i do eat vegetables and such. But im a picky vegetable eater.
I eat fruits, but not all the time.
I eat fast food, sometimes.
I rarely exercise.
That should actually be my resolution for 2010 shouldnt it?
To be a healthier person.
But, what did i wished for the new year?
To lose weight. By dieting.
